1. Custom Orders
• Personalized Creations: I specialize in custom pieces tailored to your vision. Please provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, the materials (e.g., personal photos) required for your order.
• Approval Process: For custom work, you will receive design previews (if applicable) for your approval before final production. Once approved, any further changes made upon the buyer’s request will result in extra charges and creation time.
• Lead Time: Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and materials. Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be discussed before purchase.
2. Payment & Pricing
• Payment in Full: All custom orders must be paid in full upfront to secure materials and production. All other orders must be paid in full before shipment.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on material costs and availability. Quotes provided for custom pieces are valid for 7 days. After the 7 days, you will need to request a new inquiry quote.
• Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you decide during the creation process that the piece is no longer wanted, only 50% of the payment will be refunded to account for time, effort, and materials already invested.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or provided as part of your custom order invoice.
• Shipping Timeframes: Standard orders are processed within 5-7 business days, while custom orders follow the lead times outlined above. Orders will be packed properly and with the utmost care. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination.
• Damage or Loss: Once the package is shipped, Whimsy & Wards is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. However, I will assist you in filing claims with the shipping provider if needed.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• All Sales Final: Due to the personalized and handmade nature of my creations, all sales are final. This includes both custom and ready-made pieces.
• Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged due to craftsmanship (not shipping), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. I may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at my discretion.
5. Materials & Care
• Natural Materials: I offer dried herbs grown and packaged with care and responsibility, ensuring quality and intention in every batch. Pieces incorporating natural materials, such as dried or homegrown herbs and flowers, are delicate and should be handled with care. Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may impact their longevity. Each product page will list the materials used, along with their intended purpose (if applicable). Please review these details carefully and be aware of potential allergies before purchasing.
• Resin Art: Resin pieces are durable but may scratch or discolor with improper care. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. While I take great care to ensure every piece is free of defects, minor imperfections that occur during the creation process may go unnoticed. These are not an attempt to deceive but are a natural part of the handmade process.
6. Intention Products
• Symbolism: My candles and intention products are designed for personal use and symbolism. Results may vary, and they are not a substitute for professional advice or services.
• Disclaimer: The items I create or customize, including frames, resin art, and other tools, may incorporate herbs, natural materials, ashes, dirt, or other components based on the buyer's request. These items are crafted as tools for personal use and are sold with the understanding that their purpose is left to the discretion of the buyer. I reserve the right to deny any requests or quotes that I deem too dark or harmful in nature, at my sole discretion. Once the approved products leave my studio, I am not responsible for how they are used. My intentions in creating these pieces are rooted in light, love, and a desire to provide tools, memorials, and trinkets to enrich your witchy world. Please use all items responsibly and in alignment with your own practices.
7. Intellectual Property
• Design Ownership: Whimsy & Wards retains all rights to the designs and concepts created for custom orders and ready-made projects. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without permission.
